Frequently Asked Questions

  • What Are The Sessions Like?

    Build sessions are 1-hour long that incorporates strength training, done at a moderate pace that allows you to be in Zone 2-3 for the full hour, while building lean muscle. It is the perfect program for reducing body fat, gaining lean muscle and being time efficient.

  • Will I Receive Coaching During The Class?

    Yes! We will always have 1-2 coaches who will coach you and guide you throughout the whole workout to make sure you’re lifting with proper form and to provide modifications if needed.

  • Do You Work With Beginners?\

    No worries! There’s women in our program who have been lifting for a couple of months and others where this is the first week they have ever picked up a dumbbell. It doesn’t matter where you’re at on your journey, the class is designed to help everyone. Our coaches will also be there to support you, coach you, and make any modifications you may need during the workout.

    We also have private training sessions available to teach the basics if that is your preference!

  • Is Build Class Similar to CrossFit?

    No, it’s different. We prioritize good movement quality, and building lean mass rather than weightlifting with a high heart rate. If you're interested in a more conditioning style workout, we also offer a Thrive Class that is specifically designed for that.

  • Can Exercises Be Modified For Me?

    Yes, we make modifications to help fit your needs.

  • Can I Bring A Friend?

    Yes! Just please notify us beforehand on how many friends you are bringing.

  • How Long Is The Training Session?

    Each training session is 55-60 minutes long.

  • What Do I Need To Bring?

    For your training session we recommend wearing athletic clothes and shoes. We have cold filtered water, restrooms, and showers available on site!

  • Does My Free Training Pass Expire?

    Yes. Your free training session must be completed within 1 week of receiving your free training pass.
